How to use the dose tracker

pep-dose schedules and tracks your peptide protocols. It runs in any browser. No install needed.

  1. 1

    Create a free account

Sign up with your email. No credit card. The tracker and all protocols are free.

  2. 2

    Add a protocol

Go to Protocols and hit New protocol. Three ways to add one:

    • Research: describe the peptide or goal and the app finds a matching protocol from the site’s research library.
    • Import from URL: paste a link to any pep-dose protocol article and the regimen imports automatically.
    • Add manually: enter the peptide name, phases, dose amounts, and reconstitution defaults by hand.

The saved protocol stores the full regimen: phases (titration, maintenance, off-cycle), doses per phase, and your vial defaults.

  3. 3

    Start a cycle

On the protocol page, fill in the activation form. Set a start date and cycle length in days. Enter your vial size and bac-water volume so pep-dose can show draw volumes and insulin-syringe units alongside each dose. If the protocol uses weekly dosing, you can split each weekly dose into two or three smaller injections. Hit Start protocol and the app schedules every dose through the end of the cycle.

  4. 4

    Log doses on the calendar

The dashboard shows a rolling window centered on today. The full calendar shows every day in the cycle. Each dose card has a Mark button: tap it to log the dose as Taken or Skipped, and tap again to undo. To adjust the amount or time for a single dose or all remaining doses in the cycle, use the edit button on the card.

  5. 5

    Review your history

History lists every cycle you’ve run, most recent first. Each entry shows adherence (of the doses that have come due, how many you took) and cycle progress (doses taken out of total scheduled), a dose-by-dose color strip, and a weekly chart for longer cycles. Export the full log as PDF, CSV, or JSON from the top of the page.
